Win Tickets to Electric Picnic with Electric Ireland

    Hi everyone,

As official energy partner to Electric Picnic, we are thrilled to announce the return of Tweet Hunt - our social media powered competition for those coveted full-weekend tickets to the legendary festival! The Picnic is in its ninth year now and takes place, as always, at Stradbally, Co. Laois.

Our Tweet Hunt campaign, starting next Monday 13th, will work like a treasure hunt - except this year you'll be helping Sparkhead track down the location of the tickets. The more you tweet #ShareTheEnergy, the faster our facebook map will zoom in! Here's a video explaining exactly how it will work:

And that's not all. We also have a pair of tickets reserved for members of the great community that is Boards.ie, our first port of call - all you have to do to be in with a chance to win is post your fantasy music festival headliner – from any era, living or passed on (and feel free to add any other nuggets).

The winner will be chosen at random next Monday 13th August at lunchtime, a perfect way to kick off the actual Tweet Hunt. See here for our competition Ts&Cs.

So, just under a week to the campaign, but no harm in registering for a reminder as it gets closer (and be in with a chance to win extra tickets) at the "Early Bird Win " part of our Tweet Hunt Facebook App.

So be sure to share the word on facebook with your friends and #sharetheenergy on twitter!

    Best of luck. :)

    David.

    Queen for sure.
If it was a three day event I'd go for The Doors on another night and just for a complete ball of cheese, something like Meatloaf :D

Queen, Thin Lizzy, Ash, The Beatles, Sigur Rós, Muse, Damien Dempsey, Kíla, Bruce Springsteen.

To be honest, even one or two of those acts on the one bill and I'd be fit to burst.

Coldplay, The Beatles, Bob Marley, wouldn't be bad for three headline acts.
