Hunting/ firearms license

    How does one go about getting permission to attain a firearm in order to pursue hunting as a hobby (e.g. crow shooting). I'm a long-time fishing enthusiast, and prefer outdoor sports such as fishing as opposed to team and indoor sports, and am interested in taking up hunting as a part-time hobby.
