Do you have any more pictures? in my uneducated view, it looks like its modded, perhaps a 6309 or a 7002.

If you're looking for something new, perhaps its an old version of a SKA013P1

Thanks for that it is a 6105 but not the one you showed me (6105-8119),
    it is a 6105-8000
i managed to find out from another forum, the watch is 100% original and apparently is highly collectible going for 5-800 dollars a pop, woohoo, looks like i will just stick it on ebay, thanks for taking the time to respond.

You really need to get the seals and gaskets replaced. The 6105 dials are made of brass and the black spots on the dial are mold and it will keep getting worse as long as there is air/moisture getting in, replacing the seals will stop it from getting any worse.

The value of the 6105 is really determined by the quality of the dial and hands and if the mold gets too bad the dial is ruined. There are aftermarket dials which will make it look all new but any Seiko purist will frown upon it. Values plummet if the dial and hands are ruined. Original dials are becoming very difficult to find.

Here is my 6105-8110 the dial is original and untouched but the hands were starting to suffer from mold and I had to send it off to get relumed. unfortunately the plating on the hands had been damaged but at least I have prevented further damage.
