    Hi all,
Looking for a bit of help from anyone who can provide it. I want to invest €2000 up front with regular monthly payment of €75/100. I want to invest in a diverse fund because I believe it will help spread the risk. I'm also told you need a broker and haven't a breeze as to which one to go to or whether to invest in ETF's or Index funds or Mutual Funds. And should the funds that Rabo and BOI offer be avoided or are they sound(within reason)? I am an extreme novice at this sort of stuff so any help in "layman's terms" would be appreciated:-)

I know it sounds like a cop out answer but your questions have been asked before in this forum so you should look for threads with a similar title to yours. You should also read the stickies and as many threads on here as possible.

If you don't understand any terms head over to investopedia for an explanation.

People will help you here once you have some more specific questions that haven't been asked recently.

    Good luck!
