    Hi lads.
I was playing yesterday in an open.played of 14. exact 13.7.
I beat the css by 4. I am playing again this morning. the cut shout be 1.2 bringing me to a playing handicap of 12.5(13)
Now, i have beating the css by 5 shots in June and only played twice since both times in the buffer. should i take into account the ERS and cut myself another one.? Don't want to get caught out. what yee reckon?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you wait for the ESR to be applied on golfnet, so play off 13 today.

I dont think you pply the ESR yourself. Cut yourself the 1.2, and the document seems to say the extra reduction must be applied by the handicap committee.
