The share price broke 50 a little while ago
I kow it's an established strong, cash business
    but really 55 a share.

I don't get it, it seems grossly overvalued.

    What am I missing?

I still kick myself for not taking share options when I worked for them, they were trading at around €9-€12 at the time.

BOOKMAKER Paddy Power has significantly expanded its international reach by entering the Australian market, via the A$48.5 million (€27.2m) purchase of a controlling stake in the Darwin-based online betting company, Sportsbet.

Which coincides with this very pretty looking graph

Just because its at record highs doesn't mean it wont climb higher. This one could double again in the next 12 to 18 months.
It has a great business especially during a recession
