Getting Back In The Pool

    Hi everyone,

I want to get back into swimming and get back competitive after a few years out.

I'm going into 6th year but want to start back training this year and am going to focus on swimming this time.

My plan is to go 2hrs Wed night, 2hrs Fri night and 3hrs Sun morning and land training Saturday for 1/2 hrs. This still leaves me plenty of time to study as well. While also giving me a good base to go back full time next year.

I want to get private lessons for this year to get everything back up and running and get some times down and back into swimming shape. Does anyone know any coaches who do something like this in the Cork area?

    Thanks for your help.
