Is this a poll or are you giving a confused answer to your own question ?

For what its worth. I wouldn't call buses sexy, but they are an effective means of transport (at times).

Yes, in the same way a 40 stone hooker is sexy.

They remind me of a time when I was 17 and drunk on the 42n and got me bit with some slapper I met in the Palace on Camden St.

So yes, they can be sexy.

The most important characteristics in a bus for me in no particular order:

    - wheels
    - engine
    - roof
    - windows
    - fuel gauge
    - obviously fuel
    - driver cabin
    - driver
    - steering wheel
    - brakes and other vital controls in the driver cabin
    - floor
    - seats
    - stairs
    - working doors
    - working front and side displays

    Otherwise im not interested :D

I wish there was more flirting opportunity on DB and public transport in general in this country. Nothing beats London's underground in this respect because the seats face one another in a relatively close proximity.

Don't know why I'm replying to this but I did see a new 12 Reg Bus Eirenn Bus today and the back of it was like an American Airstream. So ya, kinda sexy I think.

Some coaches and old busses (preferably) with a lot of chrome can look quite sexy. Dublin busses are as sexy as a wooden plank though.

So I voted "yes and no".

Come to think of it a lot like women, without the chrome then (mostly).

No. Buses are not sexy. but the Luas is. Let me tell you why...

I live very close to the 46A route which is one of CIE's flagship routes.

A number of my neighbours when travelling to the city centre drive to Sandyford, park the car and get the LUAS..

LUAS Green line is socially acceptable public transport. Dublin bus is not for a certain group of people.

I wouldn't say they were sexy but whenever I climb on one I'm always hoping it is going to go all the way . .
