Walk in Health Clinics in Dublin 1/2

I think I may have strep throat, so I need to hit up a doctor for some anitbiotics. I don't have a regular GP. Are there any decent walk in health clinics in town where I'll be seen fairly quickly, without being hassled by all the local junkies? I don't mind having to pay.

I have heard good things about Hanover Clinic on Sir John Rogersons Quay, but they are closed for the weekend. I have a vague memory of reading good things on here about a clinic that is over an Ulster Bank branch, but I don't remember where it was exactly.

How much cash should I bring to be seen and taken care of? Thanks.
