VW Passat Ignition Coil Recall

I was driving my 05 B6 passat a few days ago and the engine started vibrating in a wild manner and engine light came on yellow. I drove it to the dealer and they said an ignition coil need replacing, €120. I reckoned that wasn't too bad considering. I looked it up and there were various hints that might have been a recall on these parts. When I went in to pick up the car the next day I asked if there was a recall. They looked it up and there was. They then replaced all the ignition coils on the spot and took the charge off.

Anyhow, if anyone has a passat it is worth looking into. I have the 2 litre engine so I don't know if the recall applies to the more common 1.6.
