got section 42

got my section 42 today but the lenth of condtions was unreal had to nearly get out my reading glasses and sit down with a pipe in a rocking chair lol lol any way it was long best crack was only able to shoot a few strange to say the least as there is a lot there on my land and a lot of damage as well :mad: and only for a month as well maybe thats the norm :rolleyes: any way happy enough i am except for the farmer he going mad bout it but sure what can i do bout it

Is it issued to the landowner or the shooter?
I know a farmer who has one and he said to work away but im wary of it so havent done anythig about it

I get my section 42 in march till may ,has a limit of 20 animals male or female ,also no lamping,I suspect that why you only got the month ,because the season starts end of month & female's will have very young at foot, or nearby which you will have to Be careful of.

Section 42 are issued to the land owner,who nominate the shooter .shooters are named on the section 42 .give NPWS a bell to Be on the safe side before you do.

Yea be carful I got a 42 last year that only allowed a month to shoot 6 Deer , and the one this year , give me a month for 30 deer

If you arent the named shooter on it you could find yourself in a spot of bother

not been smart or funny fella but what you ean be care ful are you saying that they testing me out and all going well they will give me more deer next year or can you explain please cheers

can the farmer aply for a extension on the licence just the licence done at 17 of august i wonder can they extend to the end of august

I hear the game dealers are not taking section 42 deer this year because numbers are so low, what would you do with 20 deer if ye got them!! Good advice on been careful with the young at foot, it's crazy the NPWS still give out section 42's with females included :mad:
