I'm currently on a low carb diet 5 days per week. I'm just wondering is anyone aware of any carb free sauces ? Iv tried tesco and had no luck.

I just need something to liven my meals up a bit! I know gravy can be low in carbs but it doesn't go with everything !.

Make your own! A tin of tomatoes (watch for added sugars) with finely chopped garlic and onions a great base, then for example add an Italian herb mix for an Italian style sauce, or instead add a drop of cream and some curry and chilli powder for a curry sauce. Experimentation is your friend :)

Franks Hot Sauce is awesome, and is free of everything really!

you can make your own very low carb ketchup fairly easily.

passata, cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and sugar substitute.

you can also make this as a sort of relish - if you add real onions and peppers, fry them off a bit first, not totally carb free but healthy and yummy.

Not entirely sure, i have only bought Protein/Gym supplements from them and used my Credit Card. They have very good customer service, you could give them a quick call and they should be able to sort you out.

I intend on buying a few of those sauces in the next order, would be interested to hear how you find them if you do get some!
