I have a mini pump for my road bike,

I have just bought a new MTB, and I am wondering is there a fitting I can buy for the pump I have that will allow me to use it on my MTB when I need to.

I am struggling to find anything online.
I'd like to avoid buying a new pump...

    It's an SKS pump.

    Thanks

Pretty much all pumps can do both Schrader and Presta valves - you might have to unscrew the connection and reverse the rubber seal inside or something like that.

Alternatively, use tubes with Presta valves on both MTB and road bike.

i've tried reversing the valve alright, but it still does not fit.
i thought i might be able to get an MTB valve for the pump but can't seem to find anything.

I happen to have a simple brass converter that I got in Germany - Schraeder female to dunlop male. That's probably the type of thing you want. eBay has some of that stuff, depending on what you want to convert from/to.

    On Bike24, for example.

Just change the two tubes on the MTB to Presta tubes (same valve type as road bike). Problem solved
