    Strained my middle back using a pulley machine in the gym

    Suggestions on exercises that will aid my recovery greatly appreciated.

    rest and if the pain persists go and see a specialist. dont even think or attempt to exercise until its better,will only lead to long term damage. better to miss out for a while whilst ya recuperate than for good.

    check out QL excersizes.. Make sure you can feel the stretch when doing them,

    Awkward feckers when they want to be!!
