    Hi all,

We bought our house in 2002 and in 2004 we switched lenders, today we get a letter from our bank telling us our new interest rates and new TRS, i asked should we still be getting TRS and he said yes for 7 years total.
I left it at that and when i got home i checked our paper work and thats when i realised we are 10 years in our house, so why are we still getting TRS.

I really cant pay any back money if they have made a c0ck up.

When you switched lenders in 2004, did you top-up your mortgage?
