Hi i bought a new panasonic tv to pick up the new saorview channels i also connected with a 5euro scart lead my sky basic box too the tv.I notice when i am watching the sky channels there is a slight blur when there is movement on the tv ie football matches.Is this down to my cheap scart would a more dearer one give me a…
