Hello folks, im needing some help to sort my folks sky+ box. Hopefully someone can help.

The problem is that when you press record or program something to record you can then only watch that channel, all the other channels that are not recording are blank and a message of either "no satellite signal is being recieved" or "there is a technical fault with this channel, please try later".

Any suggestions? please and thanks :)

Do you have 2 cables into the back of your Sky+ box?

Yes it does. Both are tightened in properly.

    Hi Seanie..

It sounds like one of the cable feeds is not working...

I wonder if you unplug one at a time,,do you still recieve a signal to your box??
