Sky + recording problems

31-07-2012 1:28pm#1Hello folks, im needing some help to sort my folks sky+ box. Hopefully someone can help.
The problem is that when you press record or program something to record you can then only watch that channel, all the other channels that are not recording are blank and a message of either "no satellite signal is being recieved" or "there is a technical fault with this channel, please try later".
Any suggestions? please and thanks

Do you have 2 cables into the back of your Sky+ box?
