Did you put in the right email address? Call them and they will retrieve the booking using your credit card number. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to speak to a Ryanair agent on their regular number.

yeah email address was defintely correct as i was able to pull the booking on the website by entereing email address used, date , destination and departure point,

I just phoned them up there anyways and they sent me a confirmation straight away.
0818 303 030 for anyone that finds themselves in the same situation

Be careful calling that number from your mobile. 0818 numbers are a bit of a scam and don't come out of your packaged minutes.

bit of an obvious one, but had you checked your spam folder?
Glad you got it re-sent anyway.

We'd booked flights to Bulgaria with wizz.com, was a bit concerned with the payment pending for several hours. Checked their contact number to call and it's 95c/min! Now that's a scam! Needless to say, I didn't call and held out for that final confirmation. Very relieved. Would not recommend booking with them, as if anything goes wrong you'll end up paying a fortune just to get in touch with them.

National Rates apply on the 0818 number according to the Ryanair Website.
    So its not thatttt expensive??
Used the work phone anyways :)

yes I checked the Spam folder but it wasnt there.

Only took literally 2 minutes on the phone though and they sent the confirm to my email straight away so worked out fine in the end.

Except a lot of people usually don't have a 'national rate'. I have 200 mins of calls per month included in my phone contract of EUR 30 per month. These 'national calls' to 0818 numbers are not included in the 200 mins. It's a bit of a scam, but for you it doesn't matter because you used your work phone.

    Tiesto,

Similar situation here, I booked on Friday using a gift voucher purchased on their site, the on screen confirmation is showing up as confirmed but have still received no email confirmation.

Even the email confirming the voucher didn't come through for hours, I did opt for the mobile reminder service, purely because I was using up the credit on the voucher so wondering if maybe they don't automatically send email ?

I think when you make a booking using a voucher, it seems to take longer to get the email confirmation.
Thats what i experienced in the last 2 occassions of using a voucher anyways.
Id just call them to make sure.
0818 303 030 its only national rate and takes just 2 minutes.
