MACRO AND MICRO NUTRIENTS

    I am wondering,

    When i am only doing a 1 day work out i should be looking at Macro Nutrients more liquid, Green Veg small bit of tuna, Less Meat that does not have the Macro Nutrients.

    But when you Work out 2 times a day. 6am and 7pm what should i be looking at to speed up the Recovery to be ready for the Next Work-out.


    i have cut out Grains Food as it is very High in Acid which can break down Calcium,
