Moving into a RAS property

    I have an opportunity to move into a Ras property,i have a few worries about it such as what happens if the landlord wants to take the apartment back before the four years are up,can the landlord do this,any help would be appreciated

    Afaik, since the landlord actually makes the contract with the council and not with you I do not think they can drop the lease without a very good reason, i.e. selling the property or similar.
    Perhaps someone else will know for sure.
