WANTED: One bolt for SPD SL cleat

    Got a pair of SPD-SL shoes and pedals the other day and am missing one bolt in the cleat on the shoe. Assume it might need a washer too. All I can find online are packs of 3 longer bolts and they cost a fair bit. Anyone know where I can get one cheap or wanna sell me one? Or is the cleat perfectly workable with two bolts? Thanks

    Nice one thanks a million will PM you, much appreciated and will cover postage or whatever.

    Having looked at it again though I appear to be missing two pieces. Under the allen-key-bolt there should be a rectangular metal thingy that fits snuggly into the cleat and it's missing too. Anyone know if this is something that can be bought?
