Hey, I seem to be having a sun allergy or something like that as when I drive in sun, sun falls on my right arm then I have like an irritation in evening then like red rash/dots. I was wondering does window tinting block much of sun? or does it block the UV light? What's the law in Ireland relating tinting? And how much it approximately costs to tint a small car.

any tint on the front windows is nearly always illegal. From the RSA
The glass in the windscreen and front side windows will be required to have a light transmission level of not less than 65% in order to pass the NCT test. Tinting of these windows must not be greater than 35%

Most cars have a tint from the factory usually about 20% so 15% tint would be the max. You can have as dark as you like on the back.

Use to cost about 150-200 for a medium hatchback for a pro job

Could be something else, I'd get it checked out by a doc imo.
