Blue Screen

    Hey all,

    Just wondering what could it mean if I receive this error on occasion. Ive only had it twice, both when I had my phone charging off the laptop and came back a while later to see it had blue screened.

    Laptop seems to be working fine since....

    If You get bluescreen next time dump file or Prnt Scrn (attach photo).

    Hi and welcome

    Dump files from bluescreens (*.dmp) are usually stored in c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump and PM it to use for debugging.
