Your new K-Force should fit without any problems ;).

But... Not much wrong with the Gossamer.

Oh, sure, it is by far the most important :D. Even if your BB bearings need to be replaced, they wont affect the weight balance. And that is exactly what I am doing with my CAAD10 at the moment between responding to posts on Boards ;).

What components are on your CAAD? I replaced the 105 with Sram Rival two weeks after I bought the bike and put Ksyrium Equipes as well. That changed the bike dramatically :).

But your friends will be :D.

Good Luck with the upgrades. That crank is well priced.

You need the removal tool and the installation tool. They are not that cheap, but I made my own one and you are welcome to have it, if you are based locally or pop in, will replace your bearings together, while having a cup of tea ;).

ah its just bog standard at the moment, 105, rs10's and whatever else came on it, ive ordered in lightweight replacements for stem/bars/saddle/seatpost also got some real nice Look KEO Blade Carbon Pedals for cheap, big question now is wheels and drivetrain, thinking of getting those pro lite bracciano wheels and then adding ultegra bits and pieces to the FSA chainset,
then il have a nice supply of spare parts to stick on a new frame
