as the title suggests lads i need advice on sound insulation of a party wall of a timber frame house.but the party wall is not timber frame.the builder for some reason built these houses with a block on flat party wall and dabbed on slab either side! sound travels thru this very easily, for example if my neighbour who is a very quite one, coughs we can hear it fairly well. any advice on which way/products to use would be greatly appreciated....

    thanks in advance.
