[Carpool] Commuting Limerick to Cork

Hi guys,

I'm just testing the waters here to see if there are interested parties.

I am currently awaiting a call back (today) to find out if I got a job.

I live in Limerick City & the job is in Cork City. It's a good job, good pay & great prospects.

I will (if I get the job) be commuting from Castletroy, Limerick to Cork city centre Monday to Friday.

As I said, I may not have the job & I'm just testing the waters to see if there is anyone there.

Also, I've logged on to those carpooling website but didn't find them much good.

Still haven't heard anything about the job (good thing?) but still interested in hearing from anyone doing this commute, our even any advice on other commuting methods from Limerick to Cork.

Got an email from the company this morning to say "No update as of yet however I will revert back to you asap once there is".

I'm climbing the bloody walls here in anticipation! Put me out of my misery!

Anyway, again, if there is anyone interested, let me know.

Got the job so now I really need a carpooler.

I know this thread is ancient but did you ever find anyone to carpool with in the end? Looking to do something similar from Limerick to Dublin so just wondering if you had any success here or anywhere else finding a ride share? Anyone here driving Limerick/Dublin (Citywest) on a daily basis?
