    Hi All,

I have been tasked with finding Pyjamas for all three of us (Bride and Bridesmaids) and I need to know if anyone has done this before? I have a week tomorrow to the day but would preferably like three sets of white/cream silk pyjamas and then to find somewhere where I can get "Bride" printed/emroidered/jewels on the PJ's.

This is for when the hair and make up girls are with us in the suite and the photographer will be taking snaps...

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated...

    Bridesmaid in despair! :D

Definitely Penneys. I would recommend going with colourful PJs though. We got some in Penneys and we got our photos back yesterday and the colour looks amazing. If you still want white then Penneys or Dunnes should have them.

Bobblehead Panda - What colour did you go for if you don't mind me asking? Did you have your's printed afterwards with Bride or bridesmaid on them?

I got multi-coloured ones. I didn't have anything put on them though so if you're set on that definitely go for the white. :)

A massive waste of money for such a trivial thing IMO.

Totally Agree John_Cappa but what the bride wants.... the bride gets!

Whether theyre necessary is debatable, but in the greater scheme of things, a new pair of girls jimjams that will no doubt be worn again, is hardly a massive waste of money.

A dangerous idea: what if she wants the lead singer of the band?! ;)

Seriously though, is it any wonder we get so many bridezillas when that view is so prevalent? (not picking on you Sarah, tends to be more true of father's of the bride, fiancé's etc.)

I know you can get dressing gowns embroidered at a stall in the centre of the Ilac Centre - Im sure they may do jammies too and it takes around 2 hours to get it done

Hi, my bridesmaid got some done for myself and the other bridesmaid for my wedding. She just picked up the pajamas/tracksuits in Penny's and went to a dress maker to have them embroidered. I have attached a picture if it helps (only taken with i phone!).

If you do go with a dark colour though just beware as i noticed that when i put on the dress some of the fluff was in my armpits! (not good for a bridal look) but the tracksuits looked great, were really comfortable and could zip off so that i didn't have take anything off over my hair/make up

Hi, my bridesmaid got the tracksuits in Penny's and she went to her local dressmaker in Clonmel to get them printed. Where are you based as i can ask her?

Just a tip if you do get them in penny's definately get a size or two bigger. I am usually a size 8-10 and she got the 12 as they were small fitting!
