It certainly seems to be from what i'm hearing. Has anyone else heard of any success stories?

You mean for personal or business?

BoI seem to be going out of their way with their heart felt radio adverts at present, "we are lending".

Personally I got a mortgage 18 months ago.

I'm in sales and almost everyone i've sold products are coming back and telling me they can't come up with the money, even long term solid customers.

If your OP consists of nothing more than a two-line thought that just popped into your head, don't start a thread.
