I installed one on my Berlingo a few months back, simple process and about an hours work.
Wiring kit/relay took another hour. Purchased from Towbarman01 on Ebay for around €180 including postage.

Have a look at the malcolms.ie site. There you should find the fitting instructions for your car....if you feel comfortable with that (you may need to remove , or cut, your bumper) then work away yourself.
Make sure to fit a relay box for the wiring (quite simple), otherwise you can mess up the car's BSI (computer).
As already said Ebay.co.uk is your best bet for value.
Every car is different, so don't expect your's to be as easy as any other model.

edit: just had a quick look and if your's is the '04 to '08 Hatchback then there is noneed to remove or cut the bumper, and no drilling required......except maybe for 1 hole to bring the wiring up into the boot.

    This,
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-C5-Towbar-Hatchback-04-to-08-Tow-Bar-/280917256668?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Touring_Travel&hash=item4167f929dc
Seems to be about the cheapest on Ebay at the moment. You will have to purchase the flange ball, wiring socket & relay seperately, but just click the ask a question button and see if they will include them in the package without any extra postage (you will obviously have to pay for them).
That's just a quick look ...you might find better value c/w with the ball, etc.

This one includes the wiring & socket buy you'll need a relay kit for around €20. Go for it, what's the worst that can happen:)

I bought a towbar for my Picasso from the crowd mentioned above (tow-equipe). Great value and arrived quickly.

Prefer a swan-neck type myself, much neater and no cutting of bumpers required.
