My dad has a tenant who is in arrears due to losing his job and he applied for ra over a month ago. Should it take this long or his he pulling one by saying he hasnt got it yet? I have his name and pps number if there is a way of checking, thanks

It could take a while longer,some people are reporting 6 to 8 weeks delay.
