Where to take old tyres wheels?

i,ve got 5 old wheels ,and tyres .IS there a place to bring , them, eg council bring centre, dublin area .they are not in good condition. Is there a council dump that takes old wheels. i know rothair shop takes old frames. They would need new bearings to be usable.

Rothar would probably take the wheels if they're anywhere near recyclable. Couldn't hurt to try.

I think there was a thread a while back on what to do with old tyres. I just leave them in my shed and eventually they go away. Sometimes they get made into belts and the like when I'm feeling hipsterish.
