No thread on this as far as i can see. Anyone else heading up for this on Saturday? I did it two years ago and loved the course so looking forward to it again. Weather seems like it might be ok too.

Website seems to have moved to http://hielbow.co.uk/ but no mention of the course there but id imagine its still the same circuits - http://www.loughneaghtri.com/frame_1280_1024.html

    Did you hear that???

The loud bang like a door shut?

Well, that was BTH as he realised not only was there no super NS points available for this race, but there was none at all whatsoever!!! :D

Best of luck man. Sounds like a great race when I read about last years National Champs. Had high hopes of it this year but being non NS and not great dates for me it's a no no.
    Go kick bottom! ;)

Loved the course, did it last year myself. I hammered the bike course and suffered on the run. It's a great race IMO, loved the course too, I like laps actually. Good luck dude, you will go well up there.

I hadnt actually realised it wasnt NS. I really dont deserve to go well there but we'll see. Just out to enjoy it. NO pressure attached to it. Getting the big sessions done early part of this week so i wont exactly be "rested" but should be ok.
