Patio Lighting

    Hi all,

Don't think this is covered elsewhere - looking to install driveover patio lights in a drive/patio that will be laid in the next week or so. I thinking I've sussed the ducting/cabling requirements (25mm MDPE Pipe, and 1.5mm armoured cable, 18 inches below ground to a junction box/outdoor socket beside the patio), but stuck at whether to go for high or low voltage lights. I already have an internal switch on its own circuit wired.

Can anyone help me to understand what's best. I guess the main considerations are:
    Initial install costs
    Long term running costs
If there will be enough light from low voltage (don't think this is an issue)
    Safety
    Maybe there's other stuff too...

    Thanks in advance
