    touched the accealater and wud go flying.jusy cant get used touching it lightly.

    go barefoot for a few minutes, not on the road though but just like a carpark or something. you will feel how much pressure you're putting on a lot easier.

    Practice in a quiet place, as above. In a carpark after hours or wherever.

    Also ensure that your heel is resting on the floor and not lifted up off the ground - i.e. you should be applying pressure to the pedal from your ankle, not moving your whole leg. You have much more fine control over the pedal this way.

    I wouldn't drive with family members at this stage. The beginning is the most crucial step, better to get started in a dual controlled car with someone who knows how to teach. Best of luck with it, and don't worry, I think every feels the same way after their first few times in a car.
