Leap card password resets

Got a Leap card the last time I was in Dublin. Registered it shortly after buying it. Was kinda distracted so I didn't write down the password or PIN.

This trip, I knew I'd need to top it up. Wanted to have a look at the balance on-line. Oops .. can't remember the password. Forgotten password link works like they usually do: enter the email address and they email back a change link. Click the link, and I have to enter a PIN. Oops again. I've tried all the ones I usually use, no dice.

So - is there any way to get around this? Or am I just stuck with a card that I can never monitor on-line, and an account that I can never access?

(And it's bus ticket, not a banking system, ffs ... how much security do they need  )

I think if you call them, they can reset it over the phone.
