Setting up ebay account for personalised items

    Hey all,

    I have a small business designing and personalising plaques and markers, and I was hoping to expand onto the online market. The plaques are individualised as per the customers' wishes, and obviously this entails some communication between me and the customer. It's not a regular, straightforward sale. I was wondering if that kind of selling is possible on ebay?
