    What issues are you having?

Yesterday I lost some channels like Ch5, 5* channels, Ch4 but not E4. Bcc red button streams, Film four etc from a sky box used for fta channels.

Today I have lost all channels. The signal strength / signal quality is 0, the lock indicator says not locked.

I have a freesat box upstairs and it has the same issue, no signal.

Which is more likely - That the dish needs to be re-aligned or that the quad lnb has faulted.

Went out to the dish and I can't see how could have moved as the bolts are tight.

    Update:

Went to the dish and the quad lnb unit was at a very slight angle; got the lnb unit and straightened it up and the signal strength is now 35% and quality 70%, lock indicator is ok.

Went to film 4 and it works fine for a while but then breaks up.

Moved the lnb arm up slightly and the signal improves. Based on this I reckon it must be dish alignment.

    Any advice welcome.
