If you're in Ireland you should have the zone 2 Sky dish. If that's the case, then it's probably poorly aligned or the lnb skew might need adjusting. Other things to consider are cable quality & possible interference from nearby electrical devices.

Despite what some might say about 'weak transponders', I don't think there's any excuse for not having everything from 28 degrees east receivable in all but the most extreme conditions.
