PC Powers on no display

    I have an ACER Pc it powers on with no display, I have reseated the CPU and Memory and still no joy, When i remove the memory the system will not beep at me, also when I remote the heatsink the CPU doesnt get warm?

    I reckon the system board is dead :(

    what else can i try?

    You say it powers on?
    So what is it doing during the power up? any POST? Any Lights or fans?

    Fans works, power led on power button, no beeps no display.

    Are there any sounds of activity from the HDD, any HDD led lights?

    It could be the PSU, do you have a PSU tester?

    dontt have a PSU tested but can try a new PSU, leds are on and disk is spinning so I think we are ok power wise? or not maybe :(
