just wondering prop the book to which it is pristine is prop not worth that much but from a ground breaking person and the envelope, how much would u say there worth

Don't plan your retirement and the only way to find out what it might be worth is to put it out there - eBay - and see if there's any interest. Put a reserve on it if you don't want to let it go too cheaply.
