Best exercise to get v lower stomach

    Hi I've been running/lifting weights for a little while and have kinda of developed the start of a 'v' lower stomach. I want to define it more, what are the best exercises to define it more and build the muscle there? Thanks :D

    Try different variations of the plank, again different types of an crunches will isolate various parts of your abs.

    Also a decent amount of cardio helps as you want to cut down on any body fat your are carrying.
