Does anyone know where I could get a iPod / iPhone holder to use during exercise? I not do any ladies sports clothes have suitable pockets?

It will also need space for my keys!

O2 stores have a good one and also comes with a little pocket for key. Costs about €16 or so

Adidas have a really nice bumbag style unit that sits flush on your lower back. Argos sell it!

I found this on the Swetty Betty website in case anyone is interested:

I think it looks a bit bulky and it's a bit expensive. I'll post when I find something more suitable.

    Thanks

loads of holders on amazon, i have had a belkin one for the last year that does the trick - one of the ones that wraps around your upper arm. can slide the key in behind the phone and it doesn't move so no scratching. think it was like €10 delivered as it was for a 3GS

I don't want an arm one as I thin arms so it might not fit.

I bought a hilly bag in lifestyle sports, 2 slim pockets that fit my iPod & phone and it has a bottle in a central drawstring pouch. I think it was about €25.

It would fit, most of them have two insertions for the strap and you can basically adjust it to any length. See below.
