    Howdy,

I became vat registered, as adviced here - I expeceted the turnover to be more than 37,500e but unfortunately it's much much less:mad:, can I resign from it now, if so how do I do that?

I also work part time to support myself (yes it's not easy nowadays:() should I include thios income into my VAT3 form, even though the amount is already taxed?

Are you registered on ROS ? If you are, go to the e-registration section, and click on de-register for VAT.

I presume that you're other income is from an employment ? If so, you do not return this for VAT.

    Hi

Did you purchase any stock or fixed assets and claim back the VAt on them? If so there may be a possible claw back of the VAT claimed if you deregister now.

    Kind Regards
