Sorry but I can't find the fitness section so feel free to move this thread.

I am looking to buy some weights 3-6kg dumbbells and a 3-6kg weighted bar. I checked online (sports shops etc) and can't find the weights I want. What shops would be good to look in?

Argo don't have a weighted bar as far as I can see online. I have never bought from Donedeal and it won't really suit me as I'm very busy right now.

Spinlock bars weigh 6kg empty. A steel 50kg set will cost you over €100 in argos and will include that bar and a set of dumbbells. Same with the €38 vinyl set. Up to you.

If your looking for a bar that weighs less than 6kg you're other option is thick
yard brush handle from a builders providers or hire centre.

I don't see the point in buying a entire set of weight costing over 100 quid when I only want the bar a a few small free weight. Looks like I have to go into ever sports shop I pass as agros don't have the weight I want.

MC Sports seem to have exactly what I want. Do they only sell online? I would prefer to buy in a shop as I can't always be home for deliveries.
