Strength Training without big legs?

Last year I spent the summer doing rippetoes starting strength programme. I really liked it because it wasn't a huge amount of time in the gym, I put on some weight that I needed and could easily measure progress and strength.

The only thing is that my legs got a bit too big. My upper body looked out of proportion to my lower at the time and I also got stretch marks on the back of my legs and thighs. This wasn't all in my head either and my girlfriend at the time commented on it aswell. My legs were too big for the rest of my body.

I've lost all the weight and muscle due to stress and nothing taking care of myself and I'm looking to get back into strength training. My question is could somebody recommend a programme that is like the above programme but more focused on upper body than all body.
