    Anyone use it?

    Is it worth the money?

I use it and find it excellent - makes every turbo session interesting.

    Pros:
    - plenty of workouts to chose from
    - easy to pick a work out as they can be filtered by duration/intensity
    - the software will keep track of your performance history (i.e. best 30 sec power, 1 min power, 2 min power ... etc" and plot them on a calendar.
    - it's easy to track increase/decrease in performance.

    Cons:
    - power not 100% accurate

The con mentioned doesn't really matter to me ... the power is all relative. When you sign up, do the 20 minute FTP test first ... this will calibrate the software for you. After that the software knows your FTP on that bike on that trainer; so if the workout has an interval that's 120% of FTP, then it's accurate relative to your FTP on that bike/trainer.

I think it's TrainerRoad is the single biggest factor that has lead to results this year.

Do you have the ant stick from Garmin? Is there alternative ones as the Garmin USB is expensive?
