    How does the e-voucher works?

I had in henry street store last time round, but if I recall, some other posters had no problems using more than one voucher together. Think it all depended on the cashier

Buy the deal they email you your voucher. Print it off and present it to the cashier when buying.
Each voucher has an individual bar code and if you don't spend the entre 20 euro in one transaction they give you back a card with th remaining balance on it for you to use at a later date/transaction
    Great deal IMO

If anyone wants a 10% off voucher for shopping at debenhams online use NY46. Apparently I found a "secret code", don't know if these are common as it's my first time on debenhams.ie, anyways NY46 for 10% off online.

Is there any way to check if what's available online is in store? The site doesn't have my local store's number listed, just a customer service no. :/

3 of my friends have bought one. I recommended it to them via the link provided by Living Social. However, I haven'[t received any confirmation that I got my voucher for free as a result.

    :(

used 4 together the first time around, months ago. Took half an hour for them to figure it out though, and multiple staff.

Use a different card on a different account. So if you had access to anyone elses card you could buy one of your own.

Then set up three new accounts and buy the deal using your original referral link.

You get 80 euro vouchers for 30 euro.

I used mine during the sale last time, np. Think we got 140e of stuff for 30e in the end, with the sale included etc

Same with me. The last deal I got, I received a confirmation email almost straight away.

Anyone get their money back yet for referrals??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 195 ✭✭Belle Morte

I haven't received any email confirmation that my referrals have signed up using my link and I know for definite that 3 have. Not looking good. :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 326 ✭✭nitros7

If you log back into the website and go to the deal you purchased you can check if you got it for free. I dont think they send out an email to notify you when 3 others have purchased. I attached an image showing you where it shows this on the page.
    Hope this helps :)

I can see that I got mine for free but my card was initially charged and there is no sign of a refund as yet :(

It generally takes a few days for the funds to be paid back in to your card. got it free last time and anfew days after the deal closed the money was back on my card

I had no issues whatsoever using multiple vouchers. The girl just typed in the numbers of each:)

I missed out on this the last time it was offered, delighted to get it this time, thanks OP! :)

It's an addiction! I have gotten so many vouchers, set up so many fake e-mail addresses but in the end, I have made a HUGE saving:) That's what I keep telling myself as I look at my dwindling bank account:)....:(

    No refund here yet

    I got my refund automatically.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 182 ✭✭billybongoes

    I got my refund automatically.

I wonder does it matter that two of the vouchers were bought with the same card. It would probably be pushing my luck to inquire too much :o

They allow max of two when it comes to refunding for three purchases to cover cases where partners etc share cards

Just to give anyone a heads up if they did not automatically receive their refund for the 3 referrals buying the deal.
I did not receive mine automatically and ended up emailing them about it 10 days ago.
It took over a week before they replied, but when they did it was to inform me that the €10 would be lodged in my account within 5 days.
When I checked the following day it had been lodged.
So if anyone has not received it yet, I would advise contacting them

Used my €80 vouchers today & yesterday!

Bought 4 so got the deal for a total of €30...Delighted!! :D

    Was automatically refunded too!

Debenhams are happy to take up to 3 vouchers in any transaction.

I only used 2 for each one as the total cost was €39, so €1 left on 2 vouchers.

Used the €1 on hair clips, 20% off AND BOGOF!!

Nice 2 days shopping & all for €30!!

    Happy out!!:):)

    Many thanks OP...you rock!!;)
