    Hi Folks,
Just looking for advice and a bit of feedback on the various clubs in Limerick. Having recently hung up my football boots after 2 cruciate ligament tears, I've been looking at alternative ways of keeping fit and generally looking to have a bit of company and craic on my cycles. So any fellow boardsies have a bit of insight that they'd like to share?
    Cheers,
    Paul

Limerick Cycling Club is a fairly large club. The club is quiet serious about cycling with a lot of stong riders, many of whom also race. If your competitive its a club worth considering.

Another club include Cycling Pursuits who have a strong interest in track but there is a bunch of us who just plug away at a varuety of events

There a few goods clubs in Clare also. Cycling Ireland would have a full list.

+1 for Limerick Cycling Club..bit like yourself, quit playing soccer and started peddling a couple of years ago...

I joined last year, fantastic group of lads, great training spins racing etc..

    I highly recommend!

Cheers for the replies lads, will definitely look into those clubs mentioned. Not too bothered about racing just yet, but in saying that I have a bit of a competitive streak in me :)
