    I wonder, did he leave the wheel behind?
    Or take the clamp and wheel with him to dis-assemble at his leisure?
    Looks like he's putting the car up on a concrete block (that's gotta be good for it) and rotates the wheel to get access to the top nut, rotate it a bit further, undoes another nut and so on.
    Still can't figure out how exactly he loosened the nuts though.
    All in all seems like more hassle than it's worth.
    But of course I am of the persuasion that if you park correctly, you won't get clamped. And what do you know? I haven't!
    Of course clampers will make mistakes and be cnutish about it, but take a look at the (sadly demised) obnoxious parking thread and anyone will agree that a good dose of the clamp would only be good enough for most of those dingbats.
