I have some play in my Team GXP BB, I have RED Groupo. First up is the bad/dangerous to wear on the spindle? Secondly - wanted to do a training spin tomorrow morning, Anywhere west side where I could get it quickly sorted / relubed etc in the am? thinking Jimmy Stag or Bikeworx any suggestions? Thanks
